What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is set by each supplier and shown on every product page. Retail buyers can order at MOQ, while bulk buyers unlock lower unit prices at higher tiers.
How do tiered prices work?
Suppliers publish price breaks — for example 1–49, 50–199 and 200+ units. Your unit price drops automatically as your quantity crosses each tier.
Can I request a custom quote?
Yes. Use Request a Quote to describe what you need — verified suppliers who can meet your volume will respond, usually within 24 hours.
Which payment methods can I use?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) plus local African gateways including Paystack and Flutterwave, depending on your country.
When is my payment released to the supplier?
Baoboza holds your payment until the supplier confirms shipment. If an order is cancelled before shipping, you are refunded in full.
How long does delivery take?
Ocean freight typically takes 20–35 days and air freight 5–9 days from China, plus in-country distribution. Delivery windows are shown at checkout.
How do I become a supplier?
Submit an application with your company documents. Verification usually takes 2–3 business days, after which you can list products and receive orders.
What commission does Baoboza charge suppliers?
A flat 8% platform commission on completed sales. There are no listing fees or monthly charges.
